Delivery & Returns

Flat rate of £5 is payable by UK customers (except when ordering Ewings as this product is substantially heavier than other products). A rate of £15 is payable by EU and international customers (except when ordering Ewings as this product is substantially heavier than other products). Please allow 3-5 days for delivery on UK orders and up to 10 days for delivery on EU and international orders.  Alternatively we can deliver local orders in the North East region free of chage - please select 'collect in store' at checkout.

Delivery Policy

Items will be dispatched; using RoyalMail/Parcelforce, the same day provided the order is placed before 15:00 Monday to Friday. A flat rate of £5 (except for international orders) is payable by customers on all orders. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery (international orders will take approximately 10 days).

Returns Policy

Due to low margins, all sales are final. If for some reason we mistakenly send the wrong product from the order actually placed, the problem can be easily resolved once we are notified by the customer. Exchanges are done on an individual basis and not always guaranteed. Exchanges are only possible within 10 days of the original purchase date provided the product is in its original condition. Once an exchange is approved, a restocking fee of 10% of each exchanged item will be charged to the customer. Customers are also responsible for further shipping costs.

We can offer refunds on goods returned to us with a valid Autorisation Number within 7 days of delivery. If you want to return an item for a refund, there will be an additional cost of £5.00 in the UK, and a repeat of the original shipping cost for European/Worldwide customers. This is to cover our delivery costs. Once an item has been received back to us, it can take upto 28 days to process the return.
