Authenticity

Sole Searchers only sells 100% authentic dead stock products. We do not deal with variant or counterfeit items on any level. Our inventory is supplied by well known authorised retailers, both domestic and international. All products come with their original boxes and packaging, including Retro and/or Authenticity cards (when applicable). We guarantee that every purchase will meet any customer’s standard of quality and genuineness.

How to Place an Order

Please enjoy browsing our range of products. Once you have decided, choose your options of colourway (if applicable) and size and click on the "buy now" button. That will take you to the "what's in my basket?" screen where you can choose the quantity, see the cost and decide whether you want to remove any items or buy more! Once you hit the checkout button you are taken through the steps of entering your details and the payment screen and your order is confirmed. It's as easy as that!

Accuracy of Product Information

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or have been gathered from public-domain sources. Our intention is that all information on the website should be as accurate and as up to date as possible.

Payment Methods

Full payment is taken when you place your order. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard and Switch / Maestro. We do not accept American Express. Our secure payment system, SagePay uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against what is nowadays a virtually non-existent risk. The technology also has inbuilt system redundancy and fault tolerance, to provide us with a virtually uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When placing your order, you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number i.e. the address and phone number your bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once your credit card has been authorised. Most items are in stock and will be dispatched immediately therefore full payment is required at point of sale.

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any monies already paid for them.

Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. The company is entitled to amend its terms and conditions but any such changes will not affect contracts that have already been formed.
